You sign a single sole mandate with Hometrade SA trading as Propxi. No juggling several agencies or contracts.
Step 3
Every approved agent markets it
Your home is shared with approved agents from every agency in the area. They bring their buyers, while you keep one point of contact at Propxi.
Step 4
Sold and registered
Once an offer is accepted, we guide the sale through to transfer. Commission is only paid by the conveyancer when the property is registered in the buyer's name.
